Confirm the selected model, material, color, dimensions, scope and other order requirements with us before placing an order. The confirmed quotation, specification and agreed order documents determine the requirements for that order.
Quotations and Pricing
Website prices and estimated product totals are for reference where applicable. Freight, final price, customization details, delivery time and availability require factory confirmation. A website price, inquiry-list total or submitted quote request does not by itself form a binding sales contract.
Customization and Buyer Materials
If you submit logos, trademarks, artwork, packaging files, drawings, tech packs or other materials, ensure you have the rights or permission needed for the requested use. Provide clear instructions and confirm the relevant design and production details before work proceeds.
Product Scope
First aid bags and rescue bags are supplied as empty bags unless specifically stated otherwise in the confirmed product or order scope. Medicines, medical consumables, first aid supplies, rescue tools and display accessories shown in images are not included unless expressly confirmed.
Shipping
Shipping arrangements depend on the destination and order details and require confirmation. Where available, DDP routes include door-to-door delivery, customs clearance, import duties and taxes. DAP courier may require the buyer to pay import tax. Final availability, freight and delivery timing must be confirmed for the specific order.
Certificates and Compliance Information
Factory quality-system certificates, product compliance documents and material testing reports have their own stated scope. A factory ISO certificate or a document displayed on this website does not mean that every SKU has the same certification. Request applicable documents and confirm their holder, model or material scope, validity and relevance to your product, project and market requirements.
Intellectual Property
